Refund Policy
- Trial Period: Cancel anytime during 30-day trial with no charge
- Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial months; service continues until end of billing period
- Annual Plans: Refunds available within 30 days of purchase, minus usage costs
- Hardware: 14-day return policy for unused hardware in original packaging
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use our services for lawful business purposes, including:

- Monitoring personnel location with proper consent

Prohibited Use
You may NOT use our services to:

7. Service Level and Availability
Uptime Commitment
We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

- Force majeure events beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UK LAW:
- Services provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
- Position accuracy depends on environmental factors and hardware placement
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Proper installation and configuration of hardware
- Obtaining employee consent for location tracking where required
- Compliance with employment and privacy laws
- Backup of your critical data
- Security of your network and devices
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Intellocate harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or regulations
- Unauthorized use of your account
10. Termination
Termination by You
- Cancel subscription anytime through your account dashboard
- Service continues until end of current billing period
- No refunds for remaining time on monthly plans
- Export your data before termination (30-day grace period)
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your payment fails or account is past due (15+ days)
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Required by law or regulatory authority
We will provide 30 days' notice for non-urgent terminations (except for violations or non-payment).
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective:
- Immediately for new users
- 30 days after notice for existing users
- Upon your continued use of services after notice
Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
